135783559_1010ZY_0109GDAfter a total re-imagination and redesign over the last few years, Disney Springs has transformed into its own destination! While you could easily spend a day here enjoying its shopping, entertainment, dining, family fun opportunities, it’s worthy of a stop at some point in your Disney vacation itinerary.

Here are just a few of the reasons you and your family will love it there! (And as always, Disney has something special for everyone in the family.)

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique: You may have heard that little princesses (ages 3-12) can get a royal makeover complete with dresses, tiaras, hairstyling, make-up, nails and more, but did you know one of the two locations is in Disney Springs? This is a great way to enjoy this experience on a day you’re not in the parks (and there are lots of scenic backdrops for after-photos!)

Splitsville Luxury Lanes: This is no ordinary bowling alley. Splitsville has two floors, 30 bowling lane, five bars and upscale food including two sushi bars–as well as live music and dancing! Typical hours are 10 AM-2 AM, so there’s plenty of time to roll in and play.

La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil: This nightly show exclusive to Disney Springs features acrobatics, choreography and live music, including two brand-new acts including aerial bamboo artists and break dancers! Ask your Middle of the Magic Travel Planner about purchasing discounted tickets for children (ages 3-9) on select nights between now and September 3rd.

Food Trucks: Take your Quick-Service credits over to Disney Springs’ West Side, where you can sample some favorite Disney Parks fare! Four different food trucks, each inspired by one of the theme parks, offer items such as Buffalo Chicken and Waffles topped with Blue Cheese Cream (from Fantasy Fare) and Shrimp and Lobster Macaroni and Cheese (from Superstar Catering!)

Coca-Cola Store: Stop by this new location modeled after a 1920s bottling plant (with an eco-friendly theme and a 30-foot chandelier made of repurposed Coca-Cola bottles!) You can also enjoy the view of Disney Springs from the rooftop beverage bar offering 100 different flavors via Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. Alcoholic drinks are also available in the evenings!

Sprinkles: Surrender to your sweet tooth at this upscale cupcake bakery, featuring fresh-baked unique flavors like chocolate marshmallow, salted caramel and banana (in addition to the classics!) You can also enjoy a variety of cookies and ice cream (or, after hours, indulge in a treat from the cupcake ATM! No kidding!)

Town Center: The newest “neighborhood” and shopping destination in Disney Springs is lined by scenic landscape, fountains and water features. New and upcoming retail shops include Vera Bradley, Sephora, Lucky Brand and Kate Spade New York among a variety of others. (This is also where Coca-Cola and Sprinkles are located.)
